One street off of A1A away from the busy traffic, close to Police dept. The other residents are quiet and nice. Ground level. Patio area. Lauderdale by the Sea is one of the preferred beach areas to live in South Florida. Utilities included: water, sewer, trash - tenant pays power and cable/internet. Prefer someone with no car. If car, small car only, no large vehicles/vans/trucks. Nice & comfy inside! -Less than a 5 minute walk to almost anywhere. . . The beach, shopping, restaurants, groceries, nightlife and MORE! No view of the beach but only few minute's walk. -Full kitchen with fridge and oven, no dishwasher -Furnished – bedroom, dining & living room. You will need your own microwave, TV linens, etc. Tile floor. -One person only. NO PETS (please do not ask). No smoking inside. 1 Person ONLY. No laundry facility or pool on premises.
