A dining table is provided for shared meals, along with cooking basics, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, and wine glasses. The master suite includes a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom offers a king bed and TV, while a trundle bedroom holds two twin beds that can convert into a king. A full bath with a walk-in shower is nearby. The third floor provides a retreat with two queen beds, a game and reading nook, and a workspace behind a door. A crib or pack 'n play is available for a fee upon request, and a high chair is provided. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for up to two dogs, with requests for a third or fourth dog subject to approval and an additional $100. Free driveway parking for two vehicles is available, along with additional free street parking. Located in a prime Lakewood location, you'll be within a short walk of local dining, shops, and parks. The surrounding streets offer a friendly neighborhood atmosphere while keeping you close to everything you need. No parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. Any violation will result in termination of the reservation and immediate vacating without a refund, and additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and mini waste such as confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited.
