The Improvements that have been made at this apartment complex are amazing. The new ownership has committed to upgraded units including Luxury Vynal floors, Butcher block countertops, luxury backsplash, stainless steel appliances, new ceiling fans and upgraded tile bathrooms. Plus the hallways have new flooring, paint and Cleveland branded artwork. Massive Improvements in the last 4-6 months since they took over.

Awesome historic building that is newly remodeled with all modern finishes but still has the original charm. I work from home and it’s nice that the building is updated with internet throughout that is very fast and in the courtyard. My apartment is awesome and has really high end finishes. I moved in when the owners were starting to update the building and it’s night and day difference. The owners have done a really good job updating and improving the building and making the property really secure with cameras and I’m able to see who is buzzing in on my phone from my apartment. The rent isn’t the cheapest but the quality of the apartments and amenities justify the rent. I use to live next door which was a little cheaper but the apartments were old and very outdated. Highly recommend Clifton lake apartments if you can get in on the waiting list.
