Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation. No indoor smoking is permitted, and there is a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. There is a $150 charge for late checkout without prior notice. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please remove your shoes when entering the house. I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
