You'll be booking one side of a charming duplex home, giving you a private space to relax while still being part of a side-by-side property. This home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen featuring plenty of counter space and a dedicated coffee bar with coffee, creamers, syrups, and sugar. The cozy living room has a sectional and Smart TV. The dining room sits 6 comfortably. Additional amenities include an inviting front porch with outdoor seating and a basement laundry with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, plus an additional space in the shared garage. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. This home is perfectly located for both outdoor adventures and local discoveries. Just minutes away, you’ll find Bedford Reservation, Tinker’s Creek Gorge, and Bridal Veil Falls, where scenic trails, waterfalls, and overlooks make for stunning hikes and bike rides. History lovers can explore Bedford’s historic downtown or visit the well-known Bedford Automile. For a bigger adventure, head to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, home to over 100 waterfalls and the Towpath Trail. Families will also love nearby Fun ’n’ Stuff amusement center with go-karts, mini-golf, and arcade games. This is one unit of a duplex, so please be respectful of neighbors and note that some amenities are shared, including the fenced backyard, driveway, and garage. Please park in your designated sections. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and a $500 fine will be assessed for any violation. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
