There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost keys. Outside guests are not permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, with restrictions on breeds such as Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs.
