This apartment is the perfect spot for work, tourism, or a simple inner-city escape. Guests can access the apartment from street level just a few steps off of East Liberty St. in a beautiful and quiet townhouse complex. This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, super high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/drier, and top-of-the-line appliances ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. One underground parking space is included. Visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also Green P street parking located steps away from the unit on East Liberty Street. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. Enjoy quiet side street living surrounded by gardens, yet steps to King Street’s restaurants and bars, Queen West’s shops and cafés, Bellwoods, Lake Ontario’s beauty and Trillium Park, and all the conveniences of Liberty Village (Metro, banks, cafes and restaurants). This apartment is within walking distance to Toronto’s beautiful lakeshore, local bars, grocery stores, Budweiser Stage, the CNE, and BMO Field. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the 504 King Streetcar. Parties are not allowed. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the balcony. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine and termination of the reservation. Additionally, smoking inside the property, on the patio, or in the courtyard of this complex is strictly prohibited and enforced by the condo management, and any breach of this rule may result in fines from the condominium board up to $1000 which will be passed along to the guest in addition to any costs incurred for remediating smoke odor and damage to property contents. Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the property at any time. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. A $100/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am.
