There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the apartment. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. No unregistered guests are allowed inside the property at any time. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.
