The kitchen, though limited, is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate, and usual small appliances, along with plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. A heat pump provides both heating and air conditioning. This is a fragrance-free home, supplied with unscented paper products, dish soap and detergent, clothes detergent, and pump soap, with the exception of shampoo, conditioner, and wrapped tiny bar soaps. For longer stays between 21 and 28 nights, a mid-stay cleaning is provided free of charge. An additional $260 non-refundable fee covers up to $3,000 in damage insurance for extended stays.
