The 1/2 bath has washer/dryer hookups. Unit includes a carport and a storage room. There is a deck off the living room, with a gorgeous view of vegetation. There's a water view from the 2nd floor. Newer windows and patio door. Flooring recently installed (plank vinyl mostly, with carpet in the bedrooms). Walls are freshly painted, and the kitchen has brand new appliances (refrigerator, stove and dishwasher). Pets: will consider a dog only. Must be adult, fixed and friendly. There is no fenced yard. Additional, refundable deposit. Breed restrictions apply. Please note that Blue Sage requires renter's insurance. It costs about $15-20 per month, and is easily obtained from any insurance carrier. Income requirements $3600 per month, verifiable. First, last and deposit required before move in. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications.
