The 430 sq. ft. of private outdoor space includes a 400 sq. ft. terrace and two balconies. Pool and gym access are for stays of 28 days or longer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. Step outside to your private terrace, where the city unfolds before your eyes. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning with coffee or hosting an evening soiree, this outdoor space is the perfect setting, complete with a backdrop of the stunning Toronto skyline. Parties are not allowed, and there is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the balcony, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine and termination of the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed inside the property at any time, and a surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. If the key and fob are missing or damaged, the cost for replacement is $400+hst. A $100/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am. Shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
