Feel at home in this professionally designed 2-bedroom suite, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto. This premium unit is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Guests also have access to a gym. There is a Smart TV which allows you to access your accounts on Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, Crave, Spotify and much more to stream all your favorite shows, movies and music. Please use the laundry conservatively, and leave the washing machine door slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding. Enhance your stay with premium services, including airport limo, private chef, and dry-cleaning services. Mid-stay housekeeping is also available. Please inquire for additional information. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, and $300 for 29+ days. Close by attractions include the Eaton Center, shopping centers, tourist attractions, Queens Park, University of Toronto, and hospitals. This suite is ideal for tourists and professional business travelers, as it is within walking distance of multiple large-scale corporate offices. The unit's entrance is located off of Yonge Street. Many convenient and easily accessible transportation options are close to the apartment, including the TTC, taxis, and both Lyft and Uber. No parties are allowed; there is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. No smoking is allowed inside the property or on the balcony. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine and termination of the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed inside the property at any time. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations. A $100/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out on time. Shoes are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house.
