Available for the school year! From July or August 2026 until April or May 2027 (dates are flexible) Lovely quiet and cozy apartment with fenced backyard. Ideally located in the heart of the Plateau! Very quiet spot yet just 2 mins. from Mont-Royal, St-Laurent and St-Denis boutiques, restos and more. All included. You only need to show up with your suitcase! You will find the apartment fully set up and furnished, with everything you need for a long stay. Extremely comfy queen bed. Clawfoot bathtub. Kitchen is perfectly fitted to cook up extraordinary meals, you have washer and dryer, fast internet, A/C and heating, and, did I mention it already, it is in a blissfully quiet spot. Je parle français. Hablo español. Located at garden level, with a nice fenced-in private backyard which opens out to the back alley, where you can literally ski-in and ski-out! Or bike-in and bike-out in summer. The house is located on a quiet residential street, on which you´ll find mostly two-floor houses (no big condo buildings around), and the back of the house is on a quiet alley with backyards. My place is unique in that it is calm- really hard to find in the Plateau. This is a 2-bedroom apartment, but please note only the front bedroom is available, as I keep my personal belongings in the back bedroom. The bedrooms are on opposite extremes of the house, one being at the front and the other at the back, with the kitchen, bathroom and sitting room in between them. While the apartment is not huge (650 sq.ft.), it is really well distributed. You can chill and watch movies on Netflix on the 23" TV. A patio door in the sitting room opens out to a little terrace and the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced and has a door that opens into the back alley.
