This ranch-style home is all on one floor, making it completely accessible, though there are five steps to get into the home. It features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area features an 80" HD smart TV and a supersize couch. The TV is hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. There is even a PS4 game console. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove/oven, blender, toaster, cooking pans, baking trays, and essential supplies like coffee, oil, sugar, and salt, as well as modern appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, and fridge. The bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels, including one walk-in shower. An in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent are available. Driveway parking is available for two cars, plus extra street parking. Pets are welcome. Located in one of La Mesa’s best neighborhoods, this home offers both peace and convenience. It's a short drive to Grossmont Center, a top shopping spot with over 100 stores, including Target, Macy’s, and Walmart, as well as restaurants and entertainment. Nearby restaurants include Antica Trattoria, Banbu Sushi Bar & Grill, and Brigantine La Mesa. The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are 7.6 miles away, and the USS Midway Museum is about 9.5 miles away. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, and each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Tampering with or disconnecting security cameras, noise monitors, or other security devices will result in a $1000 fine.
