Inside, you'll find 4 smart TVs, an electric fireplace, picture windows, a dining table, a breakfast bar, and an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, trash bags, and paper towels. Events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed. There are 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is part of a Ring doorbell device facing the front entrance, 1 camera is located at the back of the home facing the dock, 1 camera is located on the corner of the garage facing the driveway and street, and 1 camera is located in the lanai facing the pool and waterway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence. Guests will have access to the entire property via lockbox.
