This 2-story cabin requires 2 small steps to enter, and interior stairs are required to access the bedrooms and full bathrooms on the lower level. This cabin features free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and community amenities, including an outdoor pool and hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, dishware and flatware, a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew pod coffee maker, a 12-cup carafe/drip coffee maker, an espresso maker, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. Enjoy the HD projector with screen, dining table, breakfast bar, sunken living room with fireplace, laptop-friendly workspaces, a private balcony with forest views, patio furniture, and a Weber gas grill with propane provided. Linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided, along with 2 window a/c units, central heating, and clothes hangers. Located in a rural area, the property may have spotty cell service. Four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or chains are recommended in the winter months to access the property. Bears and local wildlife are present in the area and around the property; food and trash should not be left outdoors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking, pets, events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Area rangers strictly enforce all vacation rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000. To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Outdoor hot tub usage is restricted during quiet hours and will incur a fine if used between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. You must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport, or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street. Camping on the property is not allowed.
