This cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and is just 15 minutes from downtown and minutes from I-185, which leads right to Fort Moore! Step into this charming cottage and be instantly embraced by an inviting blend of comfort and elegance. The spacious, open-plan living area is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful and luxurious stay. Settle into the plush sleeper sofa, perfectly positioned for you to indulge in a cinematic treat on the large SmartTV. Adjacent to the living room, you'll discover a chic dining area, seamlessly integrated and perfect for sharing laughter-filled meals. The contemporary kitchen, located just off the dining room, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and a full-size fridge. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab/Uber. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., and marijuana are prohibited in or around the home. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. To be courteous to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
