Removing or tampering with smoke detectors will result in a $500 fee. Unauthorized late check-out is subject to a $75 per hour fee. No parties or events are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without prior written permission. No weapons or illegal substances are allowed, and violations will result in immediate removal and may involve law enforcement. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are permitted, and an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately.
