This thoughtfully designed mountain home features authentic log construction with custom built-ins and rustic mountain charm. It is fully furnished and well-stocked, featuring multiple outdoor living spaces, laundry, and Wi-Fi. The open-concept great room includes a wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, island seating for 3, and a dining table seating for 4. Enjoy the private hot tub on the lower patio, though the hot tub is currently unavailable for repairs. A Solo Stove fire pit with a complete fire kit is provided, as well as a gas grill and a horseshoe pit. Located in a peaceful mountain setting near the Grizzly Bear Experience, this home offers serenity, scenery, and a true Montana feel. While there are two neighbors visible from the home, the large lots and undulating landscape provide privacy. Enjoy quiet surroundings, wildlife sightings, and easy access to outdoor recreation while still being within driving distance of Bozeman’s dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. This home is located at a higher mountain elevation and receives more snow than town. An all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle and snow tires are required. Mountain winter driving experience is strongly recommended. Failure to meet these requirements may result in access issues during winter months. Be alert for a quick left turn immediately after the Grizzly Bear Experience sign. Shortly after the turn, you’ll cross an active single-lane railroad crossing on an uphill grade with no lights or arms and limited visibility—please proceed slowly and yield to oncoming traffic. Guests will have access to the entire home except for the detached garage, which is reserved for owner storage. Ample parking is available at the property. A vehicle is required to access the property and explore the area.
