This home features a bright and inviting living area, perfect for gathering together. The open-concept design connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, dine, and socialize with ease. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, and the bathrooms are clean, modern, and stocked with essentials. Enjoy the heated pool with floaties and loungers, hot tub, fire pit, sports court, tiki bar, indoor games such as arcade machines and a pool table, children's books and toys, chess set, and poker set, and outdoor games such as pool basketball, giant Jenga, cornhole, giant Connect 4, kids playset, and putting green. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and a drip coffee maker. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Located in a charming neighborhood in Bradenton, this home is close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Beach lovers will appreciate the easy access to the Gulf Coast, with beautiful sandy shores just a short drive away. Nearby Anna Maria Island and Coquina Beach offer stunning sunsets, water sports, and opportunities for leisurely walks along the shoreline.
