Located minutes from Palm Beach Island, this retreat welcomes up to 22 guests with open, sunlit spaces and thoughtful details. Designed with connection to each other and nature in mind, this home features cozy corners, a modern kitchen, and well-equipped bedrooms. The sunroom features a multi-game table that includes foosball, billiards and other games. Outside, the entire property is surrounded by a lush garden, which includes a heated saltwater plunge pool, a wooden deck, comfortable outdoor chairs, a grill, outdoor games and a barrel sauna. The spacious outdoor space is nestled between the main house and rear cottages, a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or soak up the sun. The garden boasts numerous delightful seating areas and well-portioned spaces, so that you can just as easily gather with others as retreat quietly on your own. The estate includes the 4-bedroom Main House, as well as two separate garden cottages at the rear: the Studio on the ground floor and the Hibiscus Suite on the second floor, making up a grand total of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The Main House includes two bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the ground floor. There is also a hot outdoor shower between the two buildings. Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available. You're also just two blocks north of where you can access Circuit, golf-cart like transportation to downtown and Palm Beach island. You can also take the Brightline rail from the downtown West Palm Beach station to Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando. The neighborhood is incredible, and you're just a few blocks away from the Intercoastal Waterway. Several blocks to the east is the renowned Rybovich Marina, with trendy restaurant Lamarina inside. You're also just minutes from downtown Northwood and the brand-new development Nora. Other kid-friendly and dog-friendly parks are nearby. This property is also located very close to Peanut Island, which is just a ten minute drive. It is just 8 minutes away from Palm Beach Island, Worth Ave, Downtown West Palm Beach, Clematis, and Rosemary Square. The minimum rental age is 25. Please avoid wearing shoes in the house. Events are allowed only with owner permission and are subject to a different pricing package. No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is allowed. No firearms or weapons are allowed. Check-in is at 4pm, and check out is at 11am. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 9am. No parties or guests not included on the booking request are allowed.
