The apartment boasts a modern farmhouse chic design, thoughtfully crafted with care in every detail. This space has been set-up with a 5-star guest experience in mind. This property is pet-friendly, with a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander. Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Johnson City, this apartment is just half a mile from Founder's Park, Wild Wings Cafe, White Duck Taco, Yee-haw Brewery, and more. Guests can bike or walk to downtown parks and restaurants and enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting right outside of the downtown noise. This property serves as the perfect launching pad for all things East Tennessee. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property and will incur a $200 per day fee. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. We allow a maximum of two pets, and no cats or birds. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Pets should always be crated when left unattended inside the property.
