Parking fees are $100 per week, $125 for 2 weeks, $150 for 3 weeks, $175 for 4 weeks or 1 month, $40 daily, and $40 overnight/holiday. A fee of $7 per package applies for in-house deliveries. This location is minutes away from Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and Mardi Gras on the Greyhound Track. It is also close to Golden Beach, Bal Harbor, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach, and the fascinating beach promenade of Hollywood Beach. You can find many stores such as Walmart, Ross, and Walgreens less than a kilometer away, and the Aventura Mall is only 5 minutes away. Extraordinary restaurants are also nearby. A $30 charge will be applied for each key fob (every two adults (+12 years)) at check-in, which will allow access to the building's facilities. (1-2 adults 1 fob, 3-4 adults 2 fobs, and 5 adults 3 fobs.) (Credit or debit card only). Nearby construction may be audible on weekdays during daytime hours. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Swimming is at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas.
