This charming family home features retro touches. This centrally located apartment offers a unique blend of mid-century style and modern comfort. With convenient access to the national park and local amenities, everything is at your fingertips, whether you're bypassing traffic via the Gatlinburg Bypass or heading straight into the national park. The property is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions in downtown Gatlinburg, a block away from the main Gatlinburg downtown strip. Nearby attractions include Ober Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and Hollywood Star Cars Museum. Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 8 am. Locals must contact the host prior to instant booking to prevent parties at the property. There is a fee schedule for house rules violations. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. If not vacating on time leads to other company losses you will be billed for those as well, including guest refunds. There will be a $50 fine for every key and parking credential not returned. If you do not follow our check-out instructions you will be billed an additional $75 fee. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty.
