Feel at home in this comfortable condo at Chateau Waikiki, located on the 30th floor, offering a convenient and affordable home base for extended stays on Oahu. Enjoy ocean and city views and Waikiki’s warm breezes from the private balcony. This 540-square-foot condo is well-suited for long-term stays, whether you're working remotely, enjoying a vacation, or spending the season in Honolulu. The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals and includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Also included are bed linens, bath and beach towels, a rice cooker, blender, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, vanity, and in-unit washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy building amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area with tables and seating, fitness room, recreation/game room, clubhouse, library, 24-hour security, and one free assigned parking space. The building sits in a great location just outside the busiest part of Waikiki, giving you easy access to everything while still enjoying a more relaxed residential feel. From here you can walk to Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafés. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Because another guest may arrive the same day, late check-out cannot be guaranteed. To secure a late departure, the condo must be reserved for the evening of your departure date. A bright and comfortable living space with views of Waikiki features central air conditioning, a couch (not a sofa bed), free Wi-Fi, a 65" smart TV (basic cable, Netflix, Hulu & Disney+), and a private balcony with table and chairs. To help you get settled, we provide a small starter supply of a paper towel roll, toilet paper roll, travel-size shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, and dish soap. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once these items are used.
