Welcome to this inviting ranch where you can feel at home, with a view of Lake Erie from your yard! As you enter the home, you are welcomed by vaulted ceilings and an open concept. The bedrooms are accompanied by 1 and a half baths, a laundry room, a dining room, and an updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Exit the dining area onto a sizable deck which is nestled comfortably within a wooden privacy fence. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Outside the fence gate you will find a second driveway. The main driveway is accessible via Beachwood Ave and the second driveway via Electric Blvd. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund on any unused nights. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Hot tub cleanliness fine: $250. To avoid this, please use beach towels only, no bath towels; the maximum occupancy is 7; no kids are allowed without adult supervision; no diving or jumping; no food or drinks in the hot tub; no glass around the hot tub; keep it clean; respect neighbors (keep noise levels down); no smoking while in the hot tub; and turn off jets after use.
