The villa's prime positioning allows you to wake up to breathtaking ocean views and spend your days lounging on the beach, by the pool, or exploring the charming local area. Enjoy the convenience of pre-made beds and a premium linen package, featuring high-thread-count sheets and plush bath towels. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, providing access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, golf, fitness center, and tennis. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2, and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Propane grilling is permitted on the deck only and cannot be on a unit wall. NO CHARCOAL. Beach gear rentals are available with a credit of $35 a day for guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights.
