This apartment is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Johnson City, where guests can bike or walk to downtown parks and restaurants. Plus, guests get to enjoy the quiet peaceful setting of being right outside of the downtown noise. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. We allow a maximum of two pets/service animals, and no cats or birds. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. If there is evidence of pet hair found on furniture there will be an additional $75 deep clean fee. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property, and this violation will incur a $200 per day fee. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty.
