This old farmhouse is cozy and updated inside and sits on approximately 23 acres. It's a place to put out a 5 acre garden, go arrow head hunting in the corn field or have a few chickens. This property is more about a lifestyle than renting a home. It's really what you want to make it. Most people who have lived here, live for 3 to 5 years until a job takes them away. There isn't much available like this property. And while it's 23 acres, the local hospital is 3 miles away as is I-65. It'll be available about March 1st. We try to find the best fit. There is a new furnace and new central air unit. The furnace operates on propane. Otherwise, there is a well and septic. We have installed a kinetico water system for the best water. We have a box at the end of the driveway with our process and applications. Our preference would be that you email questions to us at **** with the address of the property in the subject line.
