The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a jetted bathtub and glass walk-in shower. Guest rooms come with queen-size beds and have a separate shared bathroom. On the first floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, laundry room, half-bath, and garage along with access to a fully fenced-in backyard. The living room couches can be extended to turn into beds. Guests are able to park 1 car in the garage, up to 3 cars in the driveway, and up to 2 cars on the street. There is a $250 fee if the guest misplaces the garage door opener. A gym area is available. This house is a short 10-minute commute to the vibrant energy of Downtown Columbus and close to Columbus Regional Hospital. In addition, it's conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers. All guests must be declared in the reservation. Any undeclared guests will be considered an additional $40 per day. Exceeding the house capacity of 15 persons at any time can lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. Children under 18 should be with adult supervision to prevent any injuries. There is a $250 smoking fee and a $50 late check-out fee. Please try to avoid parking in front of the mailbox during the day to allow mail to be delivered.
