This good-sized, 1,700 square foot home is in a fantastic location. This professionally cleaned and sanitized home features fast Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work, and an in-house washer and dryer. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Free street parking is available with the provided parking pass. This home is dog-friendly, so you can bring along your furry friends for your trip (limit 2). Enjoy being a 5-minute walk to Boise State University and close to the downtown restaurant scene. You'll also be just 5 minutes from the Interstate and have easy access to the local water park and Bronco Stadium and the BSU campus. The backyard has an open, shared sky feel and is visible from nearby homes. Smoking or vaping is permitted outside only, as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows; the smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is permitted after this time. If we have to move furniture back to its original position after your stay, we will charge $50 per hour to do so. Unapproved late checkout fee is $50 for every 30 minutes, plus any refunds or charges that the next guest incurs due to your late checkout. Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies that the homeowner has. Includes fast Wi-Fi.
