Feel at home in this modern, 2021 custom-built home in Boise! This good-sized, 1,700 square foot home is in a fantastic location. The professionally decorated space features unique furnishings and a warm ambiance. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Complimentary live TV and fast Wi-Fi are provided. This is a dog-friendly house, so you can bring along your furry friends for your trip (limit 2). The home is a 5-minute walk to Boise State University and close to the downtown restaurant scene. Easy access to the amazing local water park and blocks from Bronco Stadium and the Boise State University campus. Free parking is available via street parking with the provided parking pass. The homeowner is highly allergic to cats, so please do not book if that is the type of pet you plan to bring. The home sits in a thoughtfully planned cluster of newer houses which are close together, so the backyard has an open, shared sky feel and is visible from nearby homes. If furniture has to be moved back to its original position after your stay, there will be a charge of $50 per hour to do so. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home; outside is okay as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbors and the area; no loud music or shouting is allowed after this time. You will have access to the entire place other than the garage during your stay!
