Feel at home in this massive luxury home just south of Salt Lake City. This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests and features 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This spacious, stylish, and modern home features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking large meals. There are three large TV rooms with smart TVs ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services. The dining area seats 16 people, and there are several card tables to expand the dining seating even more. The bedrooms all have new beds with deluxe mattresses and bedding for a perfect night's sleep. The private backyard is fully fenced and has a large deck and a hot tub. Dogs are welcome for a small fee. A travel crib (pack n' play), a baby high-chair, and a self-inflating deluxe twin bed kit can be provided free of charge on request. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided for $25 per stay. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge upon request. Located in a very quiet residential area, this home is close to several great restaurants and grocery stores. There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley, and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. Enjoy easy access to both Salt Lake City's and Park City's ski resorts. Local laws require that you park in the garage and driveway. This house cannot have more than 18 people in it at any given time, including children and guests. One of the neighbors is a county code compliance officer and will hear the noise and ruin your vacation if you're planning on having more than 18 people on the property. In accordance with County Ordinance 1361, no outdoor commercial hot tubs may have anyone in them past 10 PM, which applies to this and all other vacation homes in Salt Lake County. Guest agrees to pay the $250 fine associated with breaking this law, and may forfeit the remainder of their stay if they do not abide by it. No cats are allowed.
