This apartment hosts up to 9 guests and is located near downtown Cary off of Walnut St, directly across the street from beautiful Walnut Park. This apartment offers a higher level of service. It is cleaned top to bottom for each new guest, including all kitchen appliances, floors, and dishes, along with new sheets. All touchable surfaces, remotes, and switches are sanitized and disinfected. Ultra high-quality foam mattresses are in all units, along with 100% organic cotton cooling percale weave and soft breathable bed sheets and pillow cases. A Samsung smartTV with 100+ channels of TV Plus, along with popular streaming services, is available. Fiber optic internet is always available where available with Ethernet hand-offs for a direct, private connection up to 3GB: faster than Wi-Fi! Cats are welcomed with an additional $250 refundable fee. If you need additional Ethernet ports, an ethernet switch can be provided free of charge. A non-refundable pet fee is required before check-in for dogs. Cary Towne Center is a 19-minute walk away, Crossroads Plaza is a 20-minute walk away, Lake Johnson is a 4-minute drive away, and WakeMed Soccer Park is a 6-minute drive away. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Only specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $50 per guest fine will be charged. If security is required to be physically dispatched to break up a party, due to the guest not responding to chat or calls, a charge of $500 will be assessed. A $500 penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered inside the unit after check-out. If you or your guests are caught on camera purposely covering the view or placing any obstruction in front of it, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund along with a $500 charge of dispatching a resource to enable the cameras function. Guests shall not rekey or change outdoor locks/door hardware under any circumstances. The kilowatt consumption allowance is 160 KWH a day. Anything over this amount will be billed to the guests at 0.18cents per KWH. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to the guest. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest- $20.00 for each damaged towel and $20.00 for each damaged sheet. An additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. Covering the outdoor camera is not allowed. Firearms of any kind are not allowed on the premises by you or your guests. If the doors to the owner's closets have been tampered with, the entire damage/cleaning deposit will be forfeited.
