There is also a laundry/mud room with a full-size washer and dryer, coat, ski, and boot storage. Enjoy the large private deck with a 6-person hot tub and an outdoor dining set with an umbrella. Parking is available for 2 cars maximum: 1 car inside the detached garage plus parking for 1 additional car directly outside the garage. No street parking is allowed; however, paid parking is available within 1 mile of the home. Enjoy scenic views of White River National Forest, The Continental Divide, and the top of Keystone Resort! Breckenridge Ski Resort is 3 miles away, Keystone Ski Resort is 12 miles away, Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is 18 miles away, Copper Mountain Ski Resort is 17 miles away, Loveland Ski Area is 24 miles away, Vail Ski Resort is 37 miles away, Beaver Creek Ski Resort is 48 miles away, and Ski Cooper is 48 miles away. A total of 8 ski areas are within an hour's drive! Breckenridge Nordic Center is 4.5 Miles away and Frisco Nordic Center is 8.2 Miles away. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
