The master & guest bedrooms are upstairs and the finished basement has been set up as the third bedroom along with its own bathroom. Updated bathrooms on each floor makes prepping for the day's adventures easy for all the residents. The Warrior's Mark neighborhood is close to Peaks 9 & 10 and the Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop is steps away with simple, free access to the ski area and downtown Breck all year long. The exterior of all the Pinemark units was recently renovated - new siding and trim throughout! There is a washer and dryer in the house, located downstairs in the utility room. Tenants will be responsible for Xcel Energy billing for gas and electricity. The rent is $4,000/month. First and last are required to move in along with a Security Deposit which can be paid in three installments starting the second month of the lease term. The lease term for this home is flexible, with the ability to do up to a year's lease. .
