The Warrior's Mark neighborhood is close to Peaks 9 & 10 and the Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop is steps away with simple, free access to the ski area and downtown Breck all year long. There is a washer and dryer in the house, located downstairs in the utility room. Tenants will be responsible for Xcel Energy billing for gas and electricity. The rent is $4,000/month along with a security deposit equal to a month's rent which can be paid in three installments starting the second month of the lease term. The lease term for this home is flexible, with the ability to do a seasonal rental up to a year's lease. .
