We are looking for a new tenant to reassign our lease for a spacious 600sf 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom suite on the 30th floor of the Selby—a modern, luxury rental apartment building right at the intersection of Bloor & Sherbourne St. We are seeking someone who is interested in being reassigned the remainder of our lease with Tricon Residential (rental property manager) which expires on July 31, 2026, after which you can continue month-to-month or can negotiate a lease renewal if preferred. Seeking a reassignment starting as early as March 1, 2026 (5 months remaining on lease). We can consider reassignments as late as June 1, 2026 (2 months remaining on lease). This is a perfect opportunity for those looking for a short-term 2 to 5 month rental while still having the option and flexibility to stay on month-to-month after lease expiry.
