This brand-new studio offers a private oasis to relax, with plenty of natural light, wooden floors, and modern finishes creating a pleasant ambiance. The combined living and dining area are furnished with LED lighting and modern furniture. The kitchen is readily available for you to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy a good night's sleep in the luxury Nectar queen bed. Includes in-unit laundry and a 50" HD smart TV. Enjoy access to the shared pool area and the fully equipped on-site gym. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, and a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, all subject to approval. Perfectly located for a quick ride to the beach or downtown, this apartment is minutes away from downtown Tampa. You'll find many excellent dining options directly outside the community, including True Food Kitchen and Colony Grill, both within a 2-minute walk. Groceries are easily accessible with Whole Foods Market a 2-minute walk away, and Target and Walmart just 3 minutes away. Raymond James Stadium is a short 3-minute drive, and Amalie Arena is 9 minutes away. Explore nearby attractions such as Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, and the Tampa Museum of Art. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 fee per pet for unregistered pets. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob.
