This is a pet-friendly property; please indicate the number of pets you are bringing before booking. Please clean up after using the barbecue; if the grill is not cleaned, an extra $50 cleaning fee may apply. No smoking is allowed inside the house. The landscaper will enter the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and the pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week.
