This home features a well-equipped kitchen with dinnerware and cookware, a drip coffee pot, and a Keurig. Enjoy entertainment with Smart TVs that connect to your streaming networks. The outdoor space is perfect for endless entertainment with a private heated pool with a spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. Beach gear and beach towels are provided. Parking is available behind the house through the back alleyway and can fit up to 5 vehicles. The pool can be heated, but please note that pools will not typically heat higher than 20 degrees above the outside temperature, so in colder months, it may not reach the set temperature of 85 degrees. Located just one block from the beach, this home offers easy access to the shore and is also close to local restaurants and shops. The city is currently doing work on the street in front of the house, but access to parking is still available through the alley. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Guests must leave at check-out time, and cleaners should not be sent away. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles and parking in front of the house is not allowed. No more than 12 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible fee to change locks. Children should not be allowed in or around the pool unsupervised, and diving is not permitted. Reservations are not accepted from anyone under 25 years of age unless accompanied by someone over 25. Guests are reminded that they are vacationing in a residential area and should be good neighbors by keeping noise to a respectful level. Pool rules include: no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, children must be supervised by an adult at all times, no diving, running, or rough play around the pool area, no glass containers near the pool, and no swimming during thunderstorms or inclement weather. Guests must also not swim alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Check-in begins after 4:00 PM EST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM EST. No early check-in or late check-outs will be permitted. Attempted early check-in or late check-out will be billed a full day's rate. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. The property may have a gas stove and cooktop, gas grill, and gas pool heater, and guests should seek assistance from the host if they do not understand their operation. Gas grills must be cleaned after each use. The property has a fire extinguisher and fire alarms. Guests are responsible for their own security by properly locking doors and windows. Internet service and Cable TV or Streaming Capabilities are provided, but no refunds or compensation will be given for outages.
