A second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom also includes a queen-size bed and balcony access. Smart TVs are available in each bedroom. Parking is available for 2 cars, and the parking fee is included in the total amount. Just steps away is Gulf Shores Public Beach, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and beach walks. Nearby, you'll find Little Lagoon, perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Explore Gulf State Park with its walking and biking trails, picnic areas, and nature views. Visit Gulf State Park Pier for fishing and sunset views. Other attractions include Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track, Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf, Gulf Shores Museum, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, and Fort Morgan State Historic Site. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
