Welcome to your perfect getaway in Miramar, FL! Feel at home in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, offering everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Whether you're visiting for a game, a concert, or just to relax, you'll love the private pool and convenient location. This modern home features an open-concept living and dining area, providing a welcoming space to relax and gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space and modern appliances, making it perfect for preparing meals. A dedicated game room with a billiard table adds entertainment to your stay. The private backyard features a pool and patio area, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The following items may be available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice: mosquito net, boardgames, children's dinnerware, highchair, outlet covers, pack-n-play, table corners, window guards, bread maker, and luggage drop off. Additional charges for certain items may apply. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, excluding the garage. The driveway for the home can easily fit 4 cars. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is to be no smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays and close all doors) or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will cause an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund. At the first mention of any complaint, evidence of rule violation, noise disturbance, or any other unruly behavior will result in your first and final warning. If necessary, security will be dispatched to relay any warnings or the hosts will contact you directly, and any costs associated with the dispatch of security will be charged to the guest. Upon the second complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, your entire group will be asked to vacate the property. Must be 25 and up to rent. If you’re a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed.
