There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. It's incredibly near the beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, and Port Everglades, providing the perfect balance of convenience and excitement. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins are available for an additional cost, and late check-outs are available for an additional fee of $50 per hour. Guests must be 25 and up to rent and upload a copy of their photo ID within 72 hours of booking or prior to entering the premises. Unauthorized occupants will incur a tiered violation fee, and any noise disturbance resulting in a complaint or city ordinance violation will be treated as a material breach of the rental agreement. Any guests who stay after the 11 AM checkout time without prior authorization will be charged an additional night's stay. There is no daily maid service, and no on-site laundry is available for use. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. All trash must be bagged and removed from the unit, with an additional fee for excessive trash removal. There is a strict no-party policy, and any report or evidence of an unauthorized event will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of the remaining stay without a refund.
