Welcome to River Daze, the perfect riverfront retreat in New Braunfels. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just what you need to relax and unwind by the water. Feel at home in this cozy yet stylish accommodation. This condo offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway, from spacious bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen and a private patio. There is a private gated pool and river for guest access, but there is no lifeguard on duty, so please swim at your own risk. Two parking passes are provided and must be placed in the windshield of the parked vehicle. Vehicles must be parked in the allotted spot or they will be towed. Wristbands are provided for you to wear while by the pool, at the river, or in the park area. This hidden gem is just a short drive to downtown New Braunfels and a short walk to Schlitterbahn and nearby restaurants. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The parking pass must be placed in the front window of the parked vehicle, or it will be towed, and we are not responsible for any towed vehicles. Use amenities at your own risk.
