Located directly across Beach Boulevard from the pristine Gulf State Park Beach, this condo offers a peaceful coastal experience. Inside, the condo is finished with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and offers a bright, welcoming living space. Unwind in the living room with a 55" Smart TV, while the bedroom includes a 43" Smart TV for added comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a dining table, and four bar stools, making it perfect for meals at home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for longer stays. Step out onto the private balcony to take in beautiful, unobstructed views of Gulf State Park Beach and the pier. The parking fee is included in the total amount (max 1 car), and one extra pass can be purchased on-site depending on availability. Beach access is just across Beach Boulevard via a nearby access path, and because this condo sits at the east end of the development, the beach is typically far less crowded than other nearby areas. Nearby attractions include Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville USA, and The Wharf. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy that applies to emotional support animals, as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. For check-in from March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. The bunk bed is in the hallway area. The pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm. Includes a dedicated workspace. Security cameras are installed outside for your safety and protection. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided.
