A nearby Publix makes grocery runs quick and convenient, ensuring you have everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Conveniently located off SR A1A, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area. This property is a duplex, meaning it consists of two separate units available for guest stays. When you reserve the downstairs unit, you will have exclusive access to the downstairs area, including the game room, which is designated solely for downstairs guests. However, the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the downstairs unit will not have access to the second-floor balconies. There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door with personalized codes specific to each guest and only their rented space. Mailbox access is not available for guests. A refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver is required for all reservations.
