A new Weber propane grill is available for easy outdoor meals. The home is stocked with plenty of quality linens, towels, and toiletries. A two-car garage and large driveway provide plenty of parking. Located in Victor on the quiet side of the Tetons, this home offers a peaceful valley retreat with easy access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone while avoiding crowded gateway towns. Yellowstone’s West Entrance is 1 hour 55 minutes (101 miles) and South Entrance 2 hours 3 minutes (70 miles), while Grand Teton’s Primary Entrance is 50 minutes (33 miles). Ski at Grand Targhee in 32 minutes (18 miles) or Jackson Hole in 44 minutes (30 miles). Regional airports include Jackson Hole (JAC) 57 minutes, Idaho Falls (IDA) 1 hour 19 minutes, and Bozeman (BZN) 3 hours 35 minutes. Nearby towns—Victor 7 minutes, Driggs 9 minutes, Jackson 44 minutes, Teton Village 44 minutes—offer dining, breweries, shops, and outdoor activities, creating the perfect balance of tranquility, adventure, and convenience. The pasture behind the yard often has 100+ horses from Double H Bar Ranch, and there's a Nordic ski trail in the winter right in the backyard. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, please be respectful to our neighbors. Events, weddings, receptions, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. A minimum $500 fine will apply for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Max 1 Pet. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. Includes two different workstations for remote workers.
