Feel at home in this serene valley base with easy access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cookware, dishes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The open bar seating is ideal for socializing while preparing meals. The living room features a 60” smart TV for streaming and two full-size couches, as well as a warm and cozy stone fireplace. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. A two-car garage and large driveway provide plenty of parking. Pets are welcome with a fee. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Located in Victor on the quiet side of the Tetons, this home offers a peaceful valley retreat with easy access to Grand Teton and Yellowstone while avoiding crowded gateway towns. Yellowstone’s West Entrance is 1 hour 55 minutes (101 miles) and South Entrance 2 hours 3 minutes (70 miles), while Grand Teton’s Primary Entrance is 50 minutes (33 miles). Ski at Grand Targhee in 32 minutes (18 miles) or Jackson Hole in 44 minutes (30 miles). Regional airports include Jackson Hole (JAC) 57 minutes, Idaho Falls (IDA) 1 hour 19 minutes, and Bozeman (BZN) 3 hours 35 minutes. Nearby towns—Victor 7 minutes, Driggs 9 minutes, Jackson 44 minutes, Teton Village 44 minutes—offer dining, breweries, shops, and outdoor activities, creating the perfect balance of tranquility, adventure, and convenience. Smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks is prohibited, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled/crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub and should not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup.
