The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up family favorites, while the cozy living room with plush seating and a smart TV invites you to kick back after a fun day in the sun. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony as you take in the peaceful views. Thoughtful touches like air conditioning and a washer and dryer complete this apartment. Parking is available with one marked spot and one non-marked spot. Take a short stroll to explore the area’s best beaches, shops, and local dining favorites. Local attractions include The Wharf, Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, Gulf State Park, Perdido Pass, Little Lagoon, and Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the patio, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 23 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.
