This home features a fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances, a new washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. A maximum of two pets are allowed with prior approval, with a non-refundable pet fee of $175 for each animal per stay, up to two dogs with a maximum weight of 50lbs per dog. Guests traveling for business and requiring reliable internet service are encouraged to bring their own hotspot, as there will be no compensation if internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider. This home offers the best of both worlds in a peaceful, family-friendly area and a great location near lots of activities and amenities. You'll be just a short walk from Schooners and the public beach, and a short drive to Pier Park, where you will find a plethora of shops, places to eat, and endless beach activities. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
