The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a newly constructed building (2023) with an elevator. This fully stocked apartment includes new furniture, a fully stocked kitchen, some complimentary coffee and tea, a smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. The building itself also has a rooftop patio and a ground floor garden area. Guests have access to a shared rooftop patio with a 6-person sauna (open 6 am-10 pm). A baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available), and pets are accepted at our discretion, and for a fee. The Old Port of Montreal is widely known as one of the prime locations to visit. The cobblestone streets add a layer of authenticity to the old town area, where you can find some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and tourist attractions in the city. This location is truly perfect for anyone looking to discover the best spots in town, including the Old Port, Griffintown, downtown, and the Lachine Canal. The apartment is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes, and is a 5-minute walk to Old Montreal, a 10-minute walk to Notre-Dame Basilica, a 15-minute walk to Bell Center, a 10-minute transport to downtown Montreal, a 5-minute walk to Square Victoria Metro Station, 1 minute away from many buses, and 30 minutes to and from the airport. There is a convenience store next to the building and a 2-minute walk to IGA grocery store. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. A maximum of 2 people are allowed to stay in the apartment. No parties and no smoking are allowed inside the unit. Be mindful of the neighbors. The building is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells, and entrances.
