This is a wonderful comfy, cozy, roomy basement apartment. If this description sounds like a contradiction, come checkout this space. Although a basement apartment, this is a bright living space. The tenant has a designated parking space. Enter through the rear of the building to the welcoming kitchen, refrigerator, stove and microwave included. The kitchen is open with the living area. There is a good size bedroom and an additional bonus room with a wall unit, the perfect office. Beyond the bedroom is a long closet area. In this space the landlord has built a method of egress in case of emergency. The window opens in the manner of a door and there are ladder rungs which allow one to exit and be directly at the parking space for the basement apartment. The bath is 3/4 with a shower stall and shelving, vanity and toilet. Each of the 4 apartments in this building share a common space which serves as a furnished lounge. Heat is included in the monthly rent. No pets, No smoking. Each person 18 YOA and older must complete the RentSpree application at a cost of $39.99 each.
